De toolkit bevat een aantal opdrachten die heel snel laten zien wat de patronen in teams zijn. Ze lenen zich prima om op gedrag en onderlinge dynamiek te reflecteren. De koffer zelf is stevig, de uitleg op de kaartjes duidelijk en de inhoud… is er eentje om uit te proberen!

Super handig deze koffer! Ik heb hem altijd in de achterbak liggen als ik naar een teamsessie ga. Soms staat er een werkvorm uit de koffer in het programma, maar heel vaak bedenk ik ter plekke wat nodig is. En dan is het heel handig om allerlei opties paraat te hebben. Aanrader dus, deze koffer!
