Experience online learning with our (inter)active methods
In addition to our many offline programmes, we have developed several (inter)active online methods. These programmes are build on our experience with active methods and are designed to activate people. Similarly to our offline methods, our online methods are based on learning by doing and experiencing. The participants will receive an assignment to be completed within a set time. Afterwards we will reflect on the experience and transfer the learnings to day-to-day work, both on- and offline. These conversations will be facilitated by one of our behavioural experts!

- Decision making and transfer of information
- Effective communication
Examples of our online methods
What to expect from online active measures? Over the years we have developed several different assignments where a broad number of participants (ranging from 1 up to 25) can join. The assignments contain aspects including, but not limited to:
- Building physical or digital constructions
- Earning (or losing!) money by playing with or against each other
- Complete assignments together while blindfolded
- Findings consensus in dilemma games
Throughout the years we have worked with different online tools. When it comes to videocalls we have used Zoom, Teams and Google Hangouts on a regular basis. If, however, you and your organisation prefer a different medium, we are more than happy to join you! To accompany the videocalls we use tools such as Mentimeter and digital whiteboards.
